annehkc Hi Lindsay, I just wanted to reach out to you. I am sorry that you are not happy with the bag. I can promise you that the bag has not been used or carried. It has simply been sitting on a shelf since I bought it. I always try to treat customers the way I want to be treated, and my integrity is much more important than a sale! I don’t want you to be stuck with an item that you are not happy with.

lindsayh355 @annehkc hi, so sorry for the delay in responding. My youngest cut herself and was in hysterics so I was helping to clean the mess and calm her down. I too am new to Poshmark so I’m unsure how to navigate a return. I believe you when you say the bag is new, I am definitely not trying to take advantage of you in anyway.. It’s just that in person the leather looks worn and when I tried to adjust the strap I came across the worn spot.

annehkc @lindsayh355 No problem! I hope your daughter is okay! I am more than happy to have you return the bag. I contacted poshmark again and told them that I did not want you to be stuck with a bag that you are unhappy with. I’m sorry that I did not inspect the bag more closely before shipping it out. I just assumed it would be perfect since it was new. We will figure out a way for you to return the bag one way or another. :)

lindsayh355 @annehkc thank you so much. I FINALLY got my daughter to relax enough to sleep, so that’s a win. But I know it’s going to be an interesting night. Anyway, thank you also for understanding about the return. Do you know if we wait for Poshmark to do anything? I’ve never done this before.

annehkc @lindsayh355 I’m not sure. I haven’t ever dealt with a return either. I’m hoping they will just void the sale. If not, We can work it out ourselves. I’m hoping poshmark will take care if it, though. It will be so much easier! Good luck with your daughter tonight!
