trendycity This is trendycity, I went to package your Columbia jacket and noticed it was hard to start to zip. I guess my daughter did not zip it often. Something is not right when you start the zipper, it zips just not easily and I feel bad sending out a not perfect jacket.However I have a The North face purple with white jacket fleeceI will replace it with if that is ok. Just let me know if you want to cancel or replace. Thank you! Sorry about the Columbia jacket.
