monsterk111 Hi, I hate that you don’t like the mascara, but am esp upset about the 2 star rating. The description in the pics state that there’s literally fibers in the mascara. It was brand new, seal never cracked (I take pics/videos of all my items) I implore you to please remove my rating as it’s not my fault that you didn’t like it, and you’re even reposhing it though you say it’s a bad product. We’re all in this together so I hope you will consider my request. I wish you all the best.

monsterk111 @alveloso I’ve not been notified about your messages as I blocked when I didn’t hear back from you. I’m happy to set up a refund but I’ve zero idea how to do that. Nor do I want a used product back, so I’ll be throwing it away. It’s upsetting how you rated me because the product I sold you and its description were completely in line. It seems you simply didn’t like it. But sure, I’d be glad to give you your money back, despite your actions and cruelty, because I am trying to run a business here.
