I'm about to start my closet and had a quick question that I was hoping you could shed some insight into: How did u create an image 4 your header WHILE keeping another pic in a circle? (hope this makes sense). When I changed my profile photo, it also made my photo as the image/banner, whereas I wanted a different image. I also tried Canva but it doesn't let me do an image AND keep my photo in a circle. Thanks so much!!

You will have to do the header photo from the cell phone on the Poshmark App. Your profile picture can be changed or added on both the cell phone app and on your laptop / home computer. robynridge Thank you, I am just embarrassed that I have to even make a request like that. I had a wonderful job, for quite a long time, and about 6 weeks ago, they told us they could not pay us while the office had to close and where I live we are still sheltered in place. I've gone to college, law school and have about 5 finance degrees and here I am with three children who will never understand the effect this has had on our family.

robynridge Hi Linda, Do you know how to get in touch with Poshmark? Do you have an email address or number. I am having a problem that started last week. Poshmark has said my kate spade and ted Baker items are not authentic and they removed a bunch. I bought every purse or item off the kate spade website and every ted Baker item is from my closet or again from ted Baker online. I have supplied pictures and multiple emails and I get no response.

Reply to their emails and attach pictures of the receipts from kate spade & ted baker item along with pictures of items & labels inside them. I had that happened to couple of my items when I first started last year. Oh, they are slow to respond to this type of problems from what I have heard and researched in blogs.

robynridge Can I please ask you a question? I do not understand what I am doing wrong. If you look at my first listing, the third listing, the buyer wanted Rose Gold with Black, Rose Gold with Pearlized and Gold with Black. I had the first two ready to sell tonight, the last one I had to order. Nevertheless, and this has happened to me before, I set up the listing that there are multiple options and then I wrote them all out. So a buyer should be able to hit two/three of the sizes/colors/types

robynridge The listing only lets them make a bundle with one item, no matter what I did, it would not let me put a second item in her bundle. I had to make three separate listings to get them all in her bundle. Then I found out one was out of stock. Can you look at my bracelet listing and tell me what I did wrong. atmyshop I have never had this problem. I suggest that you delete all items out of the bundle then select the ones that are available to go back into the bundle you created. I hope this works for you.

pixiedustpj have you tried something called Retail Arbitrage? perhaps you can sell your dresses to Amazon. you'll probably only get 30% or something but investigate. it's something too complicated to explain. but Amazon bys from people. It's called fulfillment by Amazon. they want to be able to have everything that the entire world has to sell that is their goal. I am taking two classes regarding Amazon.

pixiedustpj there are tons of books on it kinds of information on Kindle scroll down to the bottom of the page of Amazon's homepage and there's cons of information on how to make money with us. I'm not saying it's the right way to go it's another option. Most people do not know about it. you can get a scanner the bar scanner on your phone I have to look up the name of it if you scan the barcode of the dress it will tell you if you will make money on Amazon or not it'll go red or green
