coreenlea Linda, I am reaching out because I purchased the PreMex sterling & lapis riccio necklace & earrings quite some time ago. Unfortunately, I did not receive it, so I requested a refund. Today, I was cleaning out our garage, and I found a black box. Inside was the necklace and earrings! I would like to reimburse you for the purchase. How can I do so?? coreenlea My assumption is that one of my children may have picked up the mail that day. I had questioned everyone in my household around the time of the incident, but no one owned up to receiving or seeing it. So, I assumed it had been lost in the mail or inadvertently delivered to the wrong address.
