1lukeychance @nikkyta99 I just messaged them again and let them know you've got the package. Now we are waiting to hear from them. I'm assuming that they will send you a new shipping label so that you can send the package you have directly to the other buyer and the same for them- so that they can send you your package. We may not hear back until after New Years- but there is no mail until then anyways. As soon as I hear something I will let you know but it probably won't be until Wednesday.

1lukeychance Hello. I understand your frustration and don't blame you at all for being upset. Anybody would be. You've been very patient this whole time. I sincerely apologize for you having to go thru this. This is the thing- Poshmark is not responding to me- at all. I've just left my 4th message to them and I wasnt very happy. I'm hoping this message will finally get a response.

1lukeychance See, there is not much I can do. The way they have things set up- it's in their hands- and they are failing us here! I hate that you left the bad feedback but I understand your options are limited- just like mine. Just please know- this will get handled. I have not forgot you. I'm just waiting to hear from support about how to handle this- only because there is nothing I can do without their help. Please, just hang in there. I'll get back to you very soon.

1lukeychance @nikkyta99 like I said- I understand completely. What else can you do?! I am really shocked and disappointed in how Poshmark has just completely ignored this situation. I feel like I don't even want to sell on their site anymore. Are they really just going to not even respond back to our messages?! I've left 4 so far. I don't know what else to do. You know - they have already refunded the buyer who bought the boots their money

1lukeychance Back and didn't give any instructions for them to send you the cleaner! I've never experienced anything like this! I'm in disbelief... Becoming pretty upset as well. Please try again to contact them. That's all we can do at this point. I will let you know as soon as I hear anything and if not I'll get in touch and let you know something. I can't apologize enough. I'm really sorry.

1lukeychance I have got a little bit of information for you. Ok, the cleaner I sold you- I wasn't supposed to have listed to sell on Poshmark. They do not support "liquid" items for sell- due to shipping reasons is what I understand. I've been warned not to list similar items in the future. But, have you been refunded your money? If not, please continue to try to contact them. You should get a refund of your money. As for the cleaner - the other buyer has some pretty nice, New UGG cleaner.
