Hi Leigh, Thank you for you purchase of the beautiful Blue Sequin Dress. I have 2 left. XL and 2X. I am sorry I dont have a 1X. One of these might still fit. I measured each dress where the blue sequin material meets the solid black. The XL is 18 inches across or 36 inches around. The 2X is 19 inches across or 38 inches around. The 2X is 22 inches arm pit to arm pit and the XL is also 22 inches. Do you think 1 of these will fit?

@melissa0408 I’m new to Poshmark and thought that was the only way to report that I hadn’t received it. I’m not on this app everyday and don’t have notifications set on. I apologize for the delay but I have a lot of responsibilities on a daily basis, and really don’t appreciate your callous response.

I didn't mean for it to come off as callous! I apologize for that. If I was aware of it I could have tracked it, that's how I should have worded it. Once you press accept and are able to rate your purchase I don't know how to go about making a formal complaint or to get re-inbursed. You may be able to contact the support center on your news at the bottom. Good luck, and again I apologize for coming off rude.

And you can always go into your purchases and see the tracking once the post office scans your package so in the future you can be more aware of where your items are.

Im not either! I usually learn through mistakes! I have an identically designed pair in blue that I would be happy to send you at a really really low price to make up for your loss....did you try to contact Posh? You can also send a copy of our conversation as extra proof. I looked this up for you on FAQs
1. Go to your account tab
2. select my purchases
3. click on the item you purchased (the earrings)
4. select problem/inquiry
5. select order not delivered to submit report.
Ill back you up if you need me, I hope this helps.

I also sent them a formal request saying your name, the item, and delivery date. I asked them to refund you. I sent details on the item, they said theyll get back to you or me in 2-5 days. Im not gaining anything, I just want to make it right, and make up for being rude, especially after you lost....
