amywhy Hi, I received the purple Alex & Ani. I have been trying to come up with a way to contact you. Sadly, one of the light beads is chipped, missing about half the bead. I love it and don't want to return it. I was wondering if we could work something out since it's not worth 20.00 broken. Do you have any more A&A you haven't listed? Maybe you could discount one for me. I have everything you currently have listed. Thank you for considering.

laf300 @amywhy are you able to send me a picture of the broken bead? I hadn't noticed it. Is there anything else you are interested in on my page? I can try to post a few more things tomorrow but I'm leaving for vacation!

amywhy @laf300 can you tell me how to send a picture? Do you have my mailing info? You can message me on fb, I know how to add pictures there. You packaged it beautifully, I'm sure it didn't happen in the mail. They are Shiney and faceted, I'm sure you didn't notice it. I only did because I'm such an avid collector. I inspect everything bead by bead. Let me know how I can get a picture to you. Thanks so much.

laf300 @amywhy I believe you, it's probably too complicated to get a picture sent! I'm going to reach out to Poshmark about offering you a 15% discount since it was damaged, would that work? I also will post the rest of my Alex and Ani bracelets today, but I don't think any are as nice as the one you purchased - if you see any we could do a bundle or something maybe?
