fluffykitty12 Hello! I'm so sorry your order from my closed didn't come as described! I saw you opened a poshmark case 10min ago. I just wanted to touch base with you and apologize that your item came damaged. I don't know how I can offer a refund/return myself (I think poshmark does that through their platform) but I 100% agree that the item wasn't as described, and I look forward to working with poshmark to resolve this for you.

fluffykitty12 Just received resolution on the case. Once again, I am so sorry that the item didn't come as described! I have quite a large teacup collection- normally, I'm very good at keeping the chipped/damaged cups set aside for my personal collection. I must have repaired this one and set it with the regular cups by mistake- I honestly didn't see the repair when I sent it. Just wanted to make sure you're satisfied with the resolution of the case?

lomay618 @fluffykitty12 I am satisfied, I feel badly about it but I just am picky about my cups, so I would not have bought it if I knew it was broken/glued. I will be able to use the saucer for cookies or something, so I will make something work. Thank you for being kind and understanding.

lomay618 @shaynahiggins Hello there, so I already purchased the jacket, you should have a shipping label already in your email. Print that, pack the jacket and use it to mail the jacket to me. Once I recieve the item and accept the order, you get paid.
