allyrio Hi Laura this is Ally Rio trying to reach out to you I have with me the size 8 Steve Madden booties and I was just getting ready to ship them out and I check them out very well but I noticed there was a little funny imperfection on the back of the heel on the right side. I have not ship these out yet but I want you to look at the picture I posted a picture of it in my closet please take a look and let me know if you still want me to send them out .

allyrio It’s a small crease at The area where your heel goes in the shoe.I am sure you can see it in the picture I will add more pictures so you can see it from different angles.These are nonrefundable so please let me know if you still want me to ship them to you or I can cancel your order😀

allyrio I wanted to make sure you knew about it since I don’t check all the boxes of shoes until I’m ready to ship them they are in my store for sale I’m not exactly sure how they ended up with this crease but it could just be an imperfection from the manufacturing😀🌷

allyrio @lauragafken Oh my God I can’t believe I missed you OK so did you look at the picture I posted a picture of the shoes facing out so you can see the heel so it’s right above where the heel starts on the right shoe it’s a crease try to see if you can see it in all the pictures I can see it but I know that it’s there😀

allyrio @lauragafken I posted the picture at the top of the page of my closet so you can see it scroll through all the pictures the last one is really good you can see it a little better in the light it’s almost like a wrinkle or like a crease like I wish I could iron it flat but I can’t because of the material😀🌷

allyrio @lauragafken The picture I posted says not for sale and it’s the back of the boots but I have other pictures with it so if you tap on it and scroll down you’ll see them all and you’ll be able to see the crease it’s not that noticeable and when you put on the boot it pretty much stretches out the crease so that it’s flat and you can’t tell but I just didn’t want to send them out to you until you knew about it😀

allyrio @lauragafken lolI just took another picture with my finger pointing to the crease and also I took a picture of the shoe from the side so you can see how indents a little bit. I can ship them out for you on Monday morning I feel bad that you’ve had to wait but please let me know for sure if you can see from the pictures it’s just a small indent in the material I don’t think it will affect much everything else is perfect condition👍

lauragafken @allyrio ok thanks so much for showing me- appreciate it!! When you feel inside, can you feel the indentation? Like would it rub against my heel? Or do you think my heel would push it out (is it softer material or stiff?)

allyrio @lauragafken Hi Laura so I tried on the shoe even though I am a size 7 I put my foot all the way to the back and nothing rubbed on my heel so it seems as if it’s just that little crease that will probably get straightened out when you put your foot in it and work it out eventually so I can ship them out on Monday if you really want them please just get back to me and touch base and let me know so I can prepare to ship them on Monday morning sorry about the inconvenience😀🌷
