goochianno Can you please send the shoes you received back since that was not the right order. I’m still working on this situation. I have called the authorities to find a solution to this issue since. They have advised me to gather some information to give them so I’ve also contacted the postal service to take out a claim. I’m waiting for a response from the other buyer. If they don’t respond by Monday I’ll push forward with the process. Again sorry for the inconvenience

goochianno I have yet to receive the package you claim you received was wrong. What I don’t understand is why are you keeping the shoes if you didn’t order them. You also canceled the order. I would love for the shoes to be returned immediately since that wasn’t your correct order for further investigation. I will have to now alert authorities.

lincdono @goochianno hi. I never received any item from you. Poshmark intercepted it for their verification process, cancelled the order once they realized it was the wrong item and returned the incorrect items to you directly. Please contact Poshmark customer service for anything related to this order. Thanks -Laura

goochianno @lincdono I apologize for the confusion. It’s a bit frustrating that you are the only person corresponding. I’ve tried contacting poshmark & the recipient of the other item while poshmark gives me 10 of the same copy & paste responses. The other person refuses to answer.

goochianno @lincdono again I apologize I’m just trying to get to the bottom of this situation. As you can see by our reviews we hold our service to high standards. The coat nor the shoes were returned but both orders were canceled and I’m out 2 items. Please understand our viewpoint. Thanks. ~Moko44
