Colors palette was crumbled, the NYX square box(navy with sparkles), the NYX (brown)glam shadow was broken, Sephora single was busted into tiny pieces, the cottage cheese NYX pencil broke off as soon as I tried to use it!! 😭😭😭 However, I am enjoying the other products!! I was asking what to do not for a full refund!!!! I have contacted customer service to specify that as soon as I seen the email after work indicating I was being issued the refund.

beautybysandra @lashawnda1970 I'm REALLY sorry to hear that. I honestly thought I packed it well. I even gave you a freebie for ordering a bundle. Posh gave me a warning for selling Used makeup :( I guess I can't do that anymore.

lashawnda1970 @beautybysandra It's cool. I think it was because the box was so big. The cosmetics had to much space to roll around!! I think if you would have packed enough tissue paper to keep things from jostling around it would have been better. Cool though.
