danielleklemek @lakethareed Offers : you will get some people that will make offers on your listings, depending on what they offer you, you have three options when you get the notification: 1. Accept 2. Counteroffer (where you can give a reasonable offer back to them) 3. Decline (lowball offers usually) This goes both ways, if you decide to put in an offer for Someone else’s item.

danielleklemek @lakethareed When someone has purchased an item from your closet, you will be sent an email with the free postage that you put in your package / postal box to send out to that posher.

danielleklemek @lakethareed You need to have a computer and a printer accessible to do so. Any priority (NOT priority express) box will work and they are free to get at your local post office Hopefully this is a start. Again anymore specific questions you have, feel free to reach out. 💕 D

danielleklemek @lakethareed in your posh tools you get to select what kind of bundle discount you want to offer poshers, some examples are 3 items and receive 15% off the total 2 items and receive 30% off the total Whatever you choose is up to you. It’s a way to get people to buy more from you in one single transaction. I have 3 items at a 15% off. But it is up to you. It will automatically take it off the total when someone adds items from your closet to their “bundle” they are creating.

danielleklemek @lakethareed also when people add items to their said bundle and don’t make an offer, this is an opportunity for you to offer a bundle price and you even have to option of offering discounted shipping. This all goes for purchasing items, If a posher has a bundle discount it will automatically reduce the price so You can purchase it at a discounted price!
