gabbylevine82 Hi! I’ve been in touch with posh support but have heard nothing back. Another buyer who purchased another item from me same day, accidentally received your sunglasses as I used the wrong label 😣 so I’m trying to get her the right shipping label so she can mail them direct to you! Hope to have this resolved today!

kristinawalshe @gabbylevine82 Hi! I actually got a message from them saying I may have been sent the wrong item. They said once I confirmed that I was sent the wrong item I was supposed to go to the order and indicate that but I haven’t received it yet. Thanks for letting me know what’s going on.

gabbylevine82 @kristinawalshe yes I thought I had switched the items but I sent both the correct item and your item to the same buyer by accidentally printing her label twice! So she has both. I let posh know that this morning and will get her a label to send you sunnies to you! So you don’t need to do anything at all, I’m so sorry!

gabbylevine82 @kristinawalshe hi there, I have contacted posh multiple times to get a new shipping label and they have provided nothing, not sure if they’re asleep at the wheel or what. The buyer who received them in error is standing by to ship them to you, tomm I will just get onto usps and generate my own label and send to her. Ill provide tracking as soon as I do so!

gabbylevine82 @kristinawalshe ok so the other buyer just went ahead and shipped them back to me as she didn’t receive any direction from posh. I have the packaged them and they’ll go out first thing Monday! I’ve already missed pickup for today but should get to you in one day as we’re both in Socal ;)
