Hey @angelawild08 What is the best way to initiate an exchange? I read about the return policy here: https://support.poshmark.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2071472-what-is-poshmark-s-return-policy-
I know that in the previous thread you had mentioned the ability to return the item if fit was not correct and I'd like to swap for an 8 as they seem to run smaller than I expected. Please let me know what the best way to proceed is so I can get these mailed back to you ASAP!

It sounds like maybe they will only return the item if I report that it is not in the condition you listed it and I don't want to affect your seller rating since you've been so wonderful. Let's go through Poshmark first but if I can't return them, maybe we can arrange an exchange another way? The boots are so beautiful!!

Hi @angelawild08 Still no word. I contacted Customer Service and told them I have been unhappy with the service (since they haven't given me any sort of idea on time) and that you have the exchange pair waiting for me! I will reach out again tomorrow if I haven't heard. It also looks like you have a pair of the Claras in an 8.5 that I might be interested in too!! I will try to get measured to make sure I know my size but since I'm in MN, they could work with thick socks I think!

hey @angelawild08 thanks for being patient. I heard back and they told me that the sale is final. I sent one more email asking if they had received my photo proof (since I heard from a new Customer Service agent) who didn't seem to know about my previous claims all week. but I wanted to at least let you know. I had a work event today so couldn't get measured but hope to get there tomorrow.
