luxury_clothes @kristin3333 noooo i'm crying my eyes out. Your item is shipped to Poshmark head quarter for authentication. Please fix this for sake of god. I really loved your bag and i really need it. You have no idea how much that bag means to me. Omg please contact the other buyer! This can't be the right. How can you even possibly mix only two items?? I paid on exact same day Poshmark charged me. I just want my bag 😭😭😭😭😭

kristin3333 @erica_mina i had adamantly said i wanted to pack the items and attach the labels but somehow the ups guy at the store switched them after he said he would package it all up. i won't be doing that again. ill handle it all myself in the future. as i said, im so sorry, i'm working out how to fix it but i'm new to all this! you will get your bag. i'm waiting on an email from poshmark.

luxury_clothes @kristin3333 oh myyyyy....... you are not handling a 7$ item. I just don't know how I'm supposed to feel about it. Other buyer can easily get away with this after seeing a thousand dollar worth bag. You should tell that ups guy that he better quit his job and how he can messed up thousand dollar with a hundred and learn how to fucking pack. I feel soo miserable

kristin3333 @erica_mina i understand, i could potentially be out a lot of money too. it's a concerning situation. this will get fixed. it might take a couple of days but we'll get it sorted. i'm contacting ups to try to get in touch with the boss of the store to get answers from them. not something to take lightly. the guy knew what was inside, he knew my concern. i've been sick about this all day, wish i could just call PM. it's agonizing waiting on an email.

Its something special that i have saved my money for because I promised her that I will keep carry on more success since i just came out of school. She buys me one quality bag on my graduation as a tradition. I hope we will fix it. I' ll be happy as long as I receive the bag

kristin3333 @erica_mina they sent the other buyer another shipping label to go back to poshmark. they're holding her item there until they get the bag back and then will be sending it straight to you. she forwarded me the email and it has info on it.
