curvycallalily @lolnic0le I understand it's an easy mistake. I'm sorry too, I thought when I put in the message about it being a wrong size it was going to let me message you directly but it didn't. I haven't had much experience with this site & this is the first time I have had an issue. Do you know what the best way is to proceed? They are great shoes in perfect condition. I'm so bummed they didn't fit, but I'm sure you will have no trouble selling them again.

I live in Alabama and we received snow, which means the police are asking everyone to stay off the roads. Unfortunately, we do not have the equipment to deal with snow and ice. Hoping to see things go back to normal tomorrow. Got your order already packaged up, just waiting for post office to reopen. I apologize for the delay!

curvycallalily @sarahbelle42 Hi thank you for letting me know. I have the same problem as you with shipping. What I typically do is go online to USPS.com & schedule a pick up. From there all you have to do is box it up & leave it in a secure location for them. It's completely free & keeps me from having to run around. It's just an idea, don't know if that will work for you in the future, but it has been a lifesaver for me! Thanks again for the communication. Have a terrific weekend! xo
