elilaluna I’m so bummed... the couple pairs of clogs(the only shoes I cared about) were just thrown in with the rest of the dirty shoes to get scratched in transit...:/. I know you’re pregnant(so am I), but this is sad mama...

kksbizness @elilaluna hmmm that is strange. What "couple of pair of clogs" are you referring to? I wrapped a few pair of the shoes in tissue to prevent scratching. My apologies for any in transit issues that occurred! I wouldn't think being pregnant would affect anyone's ability to package up some shoes! ;)

elilaluna @kksbizness uhhh...the only two pairs of clogs in the bundle mama; the pink and red(boot). I’m trying to not be bummed I know I got them for a good deal and I’m guessing that may have been your first time packing and shipping. So I guess just for the next persons sake... I think you could manage to put a bit more Love into it, wrapping each individually or even better idea..a box. Thanks

kksbizness @elilaluna okay sweetie. Not my first time packaging. I've only experienced one issue in my time of selling items (over several years) and this is it.
