renakweeks Hi Krisjones7613, I got the L.A. Hearts top. I have not accepted it yet because it is way too tight. I filled out the form on Poshmark but they have not gotten back to me yet. Hmmmm, is there a simpler way to return something that is too small/not the right size (I do know L.A. Hearts sometimes mismarks items/sizes.) I am waiting for Poshmarks' response regarding what I should do. Sorry for the delay. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear from you. Rena Weeks

krisjones7613 @renakweeks hi, I'm not sure what else can be done. Poshmark let me know their was a dispute with the item but a little bit after I replied they contacted me saying the dispute was denied and released payment to my account.

krisjones7613 @renakweeks I just looked it up. On poshmark, all sales are final. They allow disputes, but the dispute you had opened was that the item was not as described or advertised. But the item was tagged a large and was described as large in several places on the listing. So they closed the dispute. We aren't allowed to return things that don't fit, as long as the item is as described in the listing.

renakweeks @krisjones7613 OK, there you go. I can do one of two things, use it as a "goal top" [ha-ha-ha], or give it to a friend. Sorry about the hang-up, but it is good to know how Poshmark handles things. Regarding L.A. Hearts, I have 2 LA Hearts tops in size large that are loose fitting and comfortable and I did got one at a shop in Seattle that was a size large and had to return it cause it was too tight. Seriously though, no worries. May this be the worst of our problems!! 😊

jillylouise Hi! I am SO SORRY for the delay on shipment w your lotus anklet. I’m on disability and this is a way to supplement income.
