robynridge I take customer service very seriously. It is very important to me that every customer has a great experience. In your case the $9, Brand New earrings were in a Brand New Earring Box with Brand New Earring Backings, put on the earrings to make sure they fit properly. There was a hand written Thank You note. I cannot control the USPS MAIL ship time, but you bought the earrings on 2/3/21 and received them 2/5/21. If there is anything I can do to make your experience better please let me know.
