chelseablair Hi @kimberlyturner1. I'm so sorry the strap did not fit your wrist! I'm happy to issue you a refund, but it has to be approved by Posh, so you have to file with them. Are you able to remove the 1 star rating due to fit? It has brought my overall rating as a seller down 😭 and the measurements were listed. As mentioned, happy to issue you a refund, but it must go through Posh 😊

chelseablair @kimberlyturner1 it may be hard after you rate because I think giving a rating means you’re accepting and Posh generally doesn’t accept returns for fit. You can try to email them or go through the contact tab to email. I’m not sure they’ll approve; if they don’t you can always resell and make your money back😊
