ginnybean22 Oh Dear, Im terribly sorry you felt the item didnt meet your expectations.I try to make sure all my items are washed,steamed and fabric spritz, tissue wrapped, boxed or bagged before leaving the studio. Normally I personally handle all sales packages going out. But due to my Mother having a stroke and requiring 24/7 care, Ive had to ask for help recently.
