kfizz09 @merfnyc do we have to use the shipping label provided or can I use one from USPS? Bc my package is heavier than the label and won't go any higher in weigh

merfnyc @kfizz09 You need to go to shipping page of item sold and request a new label from Posh for the weight of the package. They will provide you with a new one and will deduct the extra cost from your earnings.

merfnyc @kfizz09 You have to use their label to be provided shipping info and to see when package arrives. If you use a USPS label they won't be able to track package and they won't pay you.

kfizz09 @merfnyc they put my poshmark one on there and they used another one from usps with two different tracking numbers bc he dimensions of the box were too big. So I'm not going to get paid now?

merfnyc @kfizz09 You should be ok as the Posh label will still track as package heads to buyer and there is correct postage on it. Glad you added the extra.

merfnyc @kfizz09 Once the package is delivered the buyer has 3 full days to accept package. If they don't after the 3 days it's automatically accepted and your payment is released.
