kellyskloset29 @a12d34m5 thanks for reaching out! I made my 1st sale the other day, a Burberry purse. I sent it out w shipping label and today I got a message. It was out for delivery in Miami and the address was undeliverable. So what do I do now?! I did message the buyer to see if they could call the PO to sort out the problem. Wasn't sure if that was ok or not 😕

a12d34m5 Hi Kelly! I always send a message to Poshmark support. They will probably tell you to give it a few days but at least they have record of it. It could be a couple of things... the receiver gave an inaccurate address, could have refused acceptance(may have postage due because in an express mail box). If that happens, it will come back to you and you just resend. No additional cost.

a12d34m5 @kelly062977 it could also be that she has to pick it up at the post office. I’ve had every thing imaginable happen and it always seems to work out. I had a package that never tracked and arrived about 2 weeks after I mailed it. Let me know how it turns out!

someclassystyle I have NEVER lost anything like before but I will be dang if I can find that. I will continue looking today and IF I find it that would go out too but I usually ship same day but I don't think I can without finding that. if that is ok you also tell me your size and I will put in a couple really cute shirts (new for you in the package)

I was going to stash those away for a gift for my sister anyway, so no rush really 😊 but if you can't find it something else would prob be ok. I am not thin so larger rings sz 9 or above would work or bracelet or necklace 🌺
