clayandjill It is still linked to your iCloud. You have to delete it completely, not just log it off.

kaylab42091 @clayandjill it has been deleted and not paired with my watch--i was on apple at length to figure this out, if you can't get it to work please just send it back.

clayandjill @kaylab42091 I’m really sad. I’ve closed all apps on my phone and turned it and the watch off and tried again with the same results. I don’t know what more I can do. I love this watch and really want to keep it. Apple didn’t offer any other solutions?

kaylab42091 @clayandjill i think last case scenario if you wanted to take it to apple you could, I really can't do much else without it in front of me as my icloud is showing only my phone and computer linked. If I can fix it when you send back, I will sell it to only you again--let me know! (i hate technology....lol)

clayandjill @kaylab42091 sounds like a great plan. The nearest Apple store is literally hours from our rural area. I will get it sent back you hopefully this morning and if you can get it unlinked once it’s back, I’d still love to have it. Thanks so much for everything.
