anutafe @kathyjo62 I contacted PM customer service to ask for help on this case. Have not received a response yet. I wonder ...you should have received the refund for the original transaction , if so , I created a copy for f the listing so you can go and place order again . That way I will be able to receive shipment info and label . I would think this will be the easiest way to speed up the whole process. Appreciate your patience...
