shortyroc72 @ketocoupleusa thank you, I have had so much trouble lately with items , one no item in box, one said delivered and not and this swap I am like what else can happen on here with items. The postal service here is so bad! Hope they can find a solution soon. I buy and sell a good bit on here so it would be nice for a fix to the problem. Thank you again!

ketocoupleusa @shortyroc72 my dear I am so upset this happens 😔. I pride myself on all 5 star ratings for Being very prompt in mailing things out. Making sure it’s packaged nicely etc. If there’s anything I can do to expedite this we certainly will. I have reached out to posh and also to the other buyer. I will stay on top of this and keep you posted. Poshmark seems to be very good with handling mishaps. Thank you again for your understanding and allowing us to correct. 🙏🏼

lisa_catlin @ketocoupleusa Thanks! Yes, I started August 2019 and I have lost almost 50 pounds. I have not been doing it strictly as I have been eating some carbs, so something is going right. I am the only one in my family who does it but that's ok because I feel so much better AND I am selling the clothes that don't fit me here and getting some new pieces. I have about 12 pounds to go to get to my final goal!

I eat a little carbs but I have not gained a pound drinking this ketones has been a game changer for me. And several members of my family now use it as well. My favorite is the keto kreme.
