carolynw2019 @shoefetishgirl1 I would love to help. You can take up to 16 pictures of your items. Take as good of pictures as you can. I know sometimes the lighting on mine changes the color of the item. Example...the kids snow pants are really pink and the picture shows red. I try different locations but still comes out wrong. Be descriptive and if there are flaws, put that in the description.
