thrifty30ish Hi Kate! I just saw your updated rating and I am so sorry to hear about your Danskos! I know Danskos don't always age well, so I did check them over thoroughly before shipping. I have to wonder if they were perhaps exposed to extreme temps during shipping. I have a 5 star rating on Posh and take great pride in my closet. I would never knowingly send out something that did not meet my standards. Because you already accepted the shoes, I'm not sure what I can do on my end. (p1/1)
