kateytoes @laurakaylee Hi. Apologies for the delayed response. I got the package but it arrived mangled and wet. When I opened it up there were mildew stains on the duvet. Is there any recourse from the post office? I know it was not packaged in a mangled box or wet :)

laurakaylee @kateytoes ugh. That has happened more than once. For the contents to be damaged as well tells me it sat in standing water for a length of time. I may have to double plastic wrap things in the winter/spring. Hope you can clean your item enough and still use it 🤞 Thanks for info
