karissagetz1 @androgynousme hi! Honestly, I woke up one day committed and determined… it was like I hit a wall. I completely changed my lifestyle, committed to working out almost everyday, refused to let excuses be acceptable, stopped eating out, and started focusing on better nutrition and appropriate calorie counts. It worked wonders!
