Hi! I’m not sure why poshmark could not authenticate the dust bag. I sent them an email requesting the bag either be sent to you or returned to me since as of right now it sounds like they are keeping it which is wrong. I requested for them to send it to me so that I can personally mail it to you. I apologize but unfortunately I don’t know why they would do that.
