thenerdycloset Good morning, after the holiday I went to package your order. This morning when I was about to ship it I noticed that I actually have the wrong jeans. I have searched all over my house and for the life of me cannot find these. I’m not sure what happened. I can offer you free shipping and a discount on anything else you see in my store to make up for it. I’m upset because I usually ship next day and it’s been several as well. I am very sorry.

I wanted to give you an update on your purchase- I put it in the outbound parcel for my apartment complex earlier this week and I’m not sure what’s going on, but they haven’t picked it up. In one section, it says to use the calculator next to the your offers in another section. It says that the Deal is not available through your offers. karigabel @posh_vlf my sincerest apologies for just now seeing your question. If I'm not mistaken, the closet cleanout offer works through the calculator next to your item in the offer window. You just select your item, then offer at a discounted price of at least 10% or lower. When a customer purchases the item, Poshmark pays the shipping and you are typically entered into a drawing for closet cleanouts. Once again, I'm so sorry I just saw this.
