mzpitty1 @klees306 I received your comment in the comments box thru Posh. I am guessing they will have to sent us BOTH return labels. I guess we will have to wait and see. I'm hoping all is rectified by the time I take my trip to NY. The Urn is for some ashes my sister and I had saved from my Mom. We did the same thing for my Dad and I wanted to hang on the wall with their wedding pix from 1945. My Mom was 99 when she passed. My Dad passed in 2010 at the age of 91.

We can just exchange. I can send a new one with paid return back in with the new one I send. You will have to let them know you decided to keep it after all. Otherwise we can just wait and see. I want you to have this before your trip. When do you need this by? I'm so sorry for this inconvenience.

mzpitty1 @klees306 This Package was sent by YOU. It had an envelope inside Pre-addressed to YOU (I am assuming this was for me to return the "wrong" urn). I sent you the original urn I received in a box with a LABEL provided by POSHMARK. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE URN I ORDERED. The urn received in this package is the same one you sent last time??? I don't know what is happening. Please look at the SALE you made to me in your listings.

mzpitty1 @klees306 I REALIZE you only have two styles of this urn. The one I ordered is the Buddist urn and has the MANTRA printing on it. The one I've been sent DOES NOT have any printing. I have NEVER received that URN I ordered. I think you are CONFUSED and you need to LOOK at my original order in your SALES. You will see the URN I ordered there. Thank you.

mzpitty1 @klees306 Posh CANCELLED THE OTHER TRANSACTION. I returned the other Urn with their label (they think you got BOTH items). Posh thinks this deal is dead!! I am trying to figure out how I can send you a check for the one I kept. I would KEEP the other Urn, but I REALLY don't like it. Let me figure how much the price is JUST for the leaf necklace. I will return your other necklace with a check for the other necklace. I would return Both at this point, but sent one to my sister already.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OF THIS SOLUTION? I have received my refund from POSH 4-25. I think this is the BEST way to handle this situation. Adding Posh to the mix would be counter productive!!!

klees306 I got this one. So looking at my figurine I don't think I can modify it to look snarled due to his tongue with hanging jawls. You wouldn't be happy with the outcome. Sorry. If you can think of something else otherwise he is great looking just on his own. Just doesn't look mean. If you want to order the pen set I will need to know what letters or spelling.
