itsss_bayyy We are so sorry, not sure what has happened? We dropped it off at the front desk of our hotel lobby this week (we have been on school trip). I called hotel this morning and he said they picked it up on Friday morning. So sorry if you need to cancel I understand. Thanks Melanie
