I'm actually really saddened that it did not meet your expectations and wish you had asked for a return instead, I always take back anything that a customer is not pleased with if you want you may contact support if you want to reverse the transaction I'll accept. boogiemuffin @heykai24 hi, thanks so much for asking. Ti do a return on this at this point you will need to contact poshmark support but the option is available under problems or order inquiry, on not sure how it will appear to you in your screen but it should still be there I think even though you've accepted the order. If it's not contact support regarding this order and explain to them that you didn't know it was an option and that the item was not as it appeared in the picture.

boogiemuffin @heykai24 so sorry about the typos in that message. But yes, let them know definitely cause part of the problem was that I used one of the poshmark filters and in trying to get a close picture it seems the phone cast a shadow on the gem and its important they know all these little kinks so the app keeps improving. Like I said before I want customers to be happy with their purchases and I think poshmark should want that too.
