kdzyne @mskaribbean1 That's so kind. 💙 I hate the thought of offending someone with a low offer so I typically wait until someone puts it on clearance or someone starts their listing off low for a quick sale. I have around $35 to spend on a dress (and another $5 for shipping) and would love this one! I completely understand of that's not doable for you and will continue to follow your item either way. 🙂
