jbchic @kris_f_l Hi! Yeah I've had that come up twice before too. Go ahead and ship. I've never had issues. I think it may be a "guest" shopper. Posh sometimes allows people to shop and not necessarily have an acct. Just watch your tracking after you ship and if it ends up undeliverable or son strange, screenshot it and email to Posh support. They'll look into it and release your payment to you. Congrats on your sale!💕

In the sharing section of the app do you know which way I should set the toggle to turn on internet searching? If it's on should it be highlighted pink or does that mean it's currently in the off position?

jbchic @christy_mallory Support can take 3-5 days to respond. Well mine is green but yes, the toggle should be showing a color to be “on”. No matter the option in the app, all toggles will be lit up if they’re on

jbchic @jamivog Hi! Thank you! Well, boutique selling isn’t difficult in itself but the preparation and organization needed is more involved. You need to get your business license for your county/state and have a way to track your inventory and sales in place for tax prep. Then yes, you buy from wholesale vendors and set your prices. Never have I seen an MSRP from my vendors. Hope this helps💕
