julianasas @brooke0619 hi! So sorry I just saw your message! Yes, it's a size 12 and I altered a little but in the bust to make it smaller and added the buttons for the bustle. There are no stains and I can ship it with the dry cleaners bag. Are you still interested? I could send more pics if you are.
