crownin @jules_rules Hi Julia, The boots are perfect, except their missing their insoles. I'm guessing you took them out to try to get them to fit better. Do you happen to have them? Obviously, I also live in Chicago. We could easily meet up. Sorry to put this right here, they don't give anyway to reach out privately. The boots are perfect otherwise, and if you don't have them, I'll just buy some other ones. Cheers!

jules__rules @crownin Thanks for reaching out & am I'm sorry for any confusion here! These actually did not come with the removal insoles, I was really confused too, I thought I received a returned pair. If you can send me your email address, I can send you pics of my other docs that didn't come with removal insoles. I've noticed that it's only with their "non" traditional styles that do not come with the insoles, I could be wrong though!

jules__rules @crownin Here's something I found on reddit also https://www.reddit.com/r/DrMartens/comments/epukqk/do_doc_martens_come_with_insoles_just_received_my/ ...The person that posted this, you can see their pic is for the velvet docs as well. Like I said, I can email you pics of my other docs that didn't come with the insoles(Jadon platform & Chelsea platform). Hope this info helps!

crownin @jules__rules No worries at all. That is strange. I'll just pick up some at Walgreens or something. Can't tell you how excited I am to have them. I bought my original pair of these on Oxford Street in London when I lived there in 2013. I wore them out and had missed them. Thanks again!
