jkeats91 @kimps_closet I am not really sure how this works. I can’t keep up with the notifications on who is following me to follow back. I am trying to like and share stuff from people and all I get are private sales. I am not even sure how shopping works. If people like something am I supposed to offer a private sale?

kimps_closet @jkeats91 yes, it can be a little overwhelming for sure. My thought on that is you do what you can do. Don’t worry about trying to follow everyone who follows you, but a tip to find your followers is if you go to your main page with your picture up at the top banner, it has the number of followers listed in white letters. if you click on that you can follow people easily just by clicking on the button next to their name.

kimps_closet @jkeats91 I do like to offer people who like an item in my closet, a 10% and shipping discount, but different sellers do different things. There’s no pressure to make offers to people.

kimps_closet @jkeats91 the most important thing from what I’ve heard is to share the items from your closet, often as much as once a day, and to share other peoples items as well.

kimps_closet @jkeats91 the shipping is a flat 797 per order for 5 pounds of shipping weight. When someone purchases some thing from your closet, Poshmark, send you a shipping label. You print it out, attach it to the box with the items, and put it in the mail.

jkeats91 @kimps_closet is that automatically added to the purchase price? What happens if I offer a discount for shipping? Does that come out of the money you send me?

kimps_closet @jkeats91 sometimes - I usually always send an offer if someone bundles. If I don’t hear back I don’t send any further offers or communication, but it’s really up to you!
