curatedbykari I’m sorry to hear some of the items arrived broken. They weren’t broken prior to shipment. I record all shipments on video before shipment- prior to packaging as well as packaging to ship. I made sure to double wrap the mugs in bubble wrap and place paper packaging in the box to add more insulation. I will reach out to poshmark about this issue. Also I apologize if the description was incorrect for the mug size, I wrote it based on the label description from the item.

curatedbykari I contacted poshmark about the shipment. They replied that the buyer must contact them directly with any concerns. I hope this can be resolved.
