I am sorry u felt that way about the boots . i even had the heels replace with new ones. The inside is normal wear from the way those are worn . you rub on the side to put on and off. The outside is in perfect condition. Sorry no returns. They are not new. Was there a problem with the outside. ?

@sslopez123 No, you know there is nothing wrong with the outside, which is why you took pictures of that and didn't mention the inside. If the outside touches the inside, which it did while I was snapping it, it gets sticky black stuff on it from the chewed up inside, as will my pants if I put them inside the boots. Waste of 20 something dollars. I would not want anyone who bought from me to feel that way.

@sslopez123 That is better than doing nothing. I think the boots were washed and that is why they are so clean, but the inside, a material that should not have been washed, is a mess. Clean item...but deteriorating. Thanks for your response.
