Don't allow the pain, hurt & trauma from life experiences form your core. Only give space for love, peace and joy. Work to keep the ugly out!! After years of working toward my health, I've lost 265lbs and am still going. I've dropped diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, and the list goes on!! Decades of extreme obesity and low self esteem turned me into a clothing addict. Losing that much weight means I went from a 6x/5x down to a 16/xl. I've kept the old clothes out of fear, that I wouldn't maintain the loss but now after 4 yrs of continued decline, I've decided, I can let go of the clothes. I didn't want to give them to Goodwill, so a Posher friend (@violettrunk) recommended Posh. On Dec 29, 2023 I signed up and .....you know the rest of the story. I'm letting go of old history, insecurity and fears but creating a new side hustle, and gaining a community! This has brought me self confidence, discovery and joy.
