melinakay123 @jbarrett89 Did you tell them that you were out of town? And didn’t have time to inspect it? Poshmark is usually pretty good about those things. Otherwise we can do a refund. Do you still have the boys that it was mailed in? I feel badly about this. I was selling this for a friend.

melinakay123 I spoke to the owner of the jacket and she mentioned that she did not see anything wrong with the jacket when she gave it t me. When I zipped it up on the mannequin I did not notice anything wrong either. If we do a private return you’ll lose $26 plus whatever you pay in shipping to get it back to me. Alternatively, you could take it to a tailor and see what the cost is to have the zipper replaced. We would be willing to share the cost of the zipper repair. I’m trying to be as fair as I can.
