wadalicious @jsschuyler I'm sorry you feel this way, but I'm not Amazon or Macys. I put a lot of love and effort in what I do. I have great ratings and people communicate with me prior the purchase if they have any questions. The condition is new, doesn't have tags and I never had a strap. Doesn't say it has it, there's no pics showing strap.

jsschuyler @wadalicious The bag is in great condition, but you were selling it as a “New” Harley East/West hobo and usually the straps come in the bag. I understood that to mean it came with the strap since it did not specify that “the strap was not included.” I have contacted customer support to get their advice.
