Hi! I'm Joanie One of my favorite brands is Born boots. (I may have a boot addiction)... I need to let go of some of my treasures. my children have moved out and I am downsizing my hoard of acquired items... clothes, shoes, scrubs, vintage pottery, depression glass and kitchen items.(I don't need two full kitchen stocked with items.. when I primarily live in another house.. stay tuned we will see whaT I can muster up.. megdylsmom the left side front railing. is broken off in two sections. 😢 it was packaged up fabulously. nit sure how it got broken. I put it away till after the holidays. I will repair it then. otherwise I think it's awesome! thanks. merry 🎄 Christmas!

megdylsmom @butterflyally he I answered you back. not sure where it went. the left side front railing was broken off in two pieces. it was packaged beautifully. not sure how it got broke. the rest of the house is intact. it awesome. megdylsmom Im sorry i did not measure the fluid oz, was going off measurements. my google may have been misleading. it was my daughters, we are trying to clean out the house. my mistake on the size it is a big mug. lol. im sorry your disappointed, i feel very bad. it is a great mug. i dont want you to be saddened. did it arrive in ok? from shipping?

borikenagirl @megdylsmom It arrived fine, very well packed, thank you. I have an XL one I bought years ago. I bought this to have 2 in the set, which is why the size was important to me & where the disappointment came. Other than that, I do like the mug. I can see where the mistake could've happen. We live we learn ;)

megdylsmom @borikenagirl again. I'm very sorry. the error was mine. I should have checked the fluid capacity. I try and be very meticulous when listing with sizing and poss damage.
