I was careful to steam, fold and package your shirt and send it out same day. It is not in my control how it is handled once it leaves my hands so if it arrived wrinkled it’s not my fault.

laurasluxepm I’m a new posher and my ratings from buyers are very important to me. I don’t want another less than perfect rating from something that is not in my control. There are other sellers with the same shirt, maybe you would be happier purchasing from one of them.
