Definition of "masala" from the Urban Dictionary: "A word of Indian origin, meaning mixture of spices. The term "masala" is also used in a slang fashion to connote "an interesting mixture of things" Hi friends, I'm Jill. As the definition above indicates, my little shop is an interesting mixture of things. I cherish all of the experiences I've had living and travelling abroad, & especially love the people I have met & become friends with along the way. I have also learned to love mixing & matching colourful, beautiful & unique new, vintage & antique clothing, housewares, kitchenware, mementos, textiles/fabrics & furnishings from North America & all over the world (India, Cambodia, Thailand, Central America, Europe). I have an eye for combining colour & patterns & enjoy adding interest by creating unexpected combinations inside and outside my home, & in my wardrobe. I strive to live responsibly & ethically, & as such, hope to reuse packaging as much as possible when mailing purchases to you.
