jillpeers1021 @linaelneser hi there. I did sell a dress, but realized as I was going through the process that there is an old email number listed for me that is not working. I contacted support but now realize that if they get back to me they are going to probably try to contact me at the old address. Can you help with this?

linaberkeslove @jillpeers1021 hi, yes, just send them another e-mail with a capture of the order and let them know to correct it, they are very good at fixing the problem, just go to the order and select on the bottom the option to contact them again. 🙏🙌

jillpeers1021 @linaelneser thank you. I will try that. Also, it’s been so long since I have sold something I kind of forget the process. Do I just print the label and send? Do they pay shipping or do I pay shipping? Not sure how that works.
